Through our truly unique signature menu item, the Fireballs™ and the fun and sensational ambiance that our concept provides, we are striving to be known as the leading brand in casual dining. Jed’s Barbeque & Brew represents a strong brand with an excellent track record. We are seeking multi-unit owners for an area development, but will consider a single-unit owner.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS
In evaluating a prospective Licensee owner, we consider the personal net worth of each individual and the liquid assets available for the Jed’s Barbeque & Brew investment. The previous two years tax returns and personal financial statements are required to be considered for a Jed’s Barbeque & Brew restaurant.
OPERATION CONSIDERATIONS
Licensees of Jed’s Barbeque & Brew should have operating experience in the casual dining environment. If you or anyone in your group does not personally have this experience and background, you will be required to have an operating partner. It is your responsibility to find and secure an operating partner.

What do you receive with a Jed’s Barbeque & Brew license?
Is there an application fee? No
What is term of the License agreement? 10 years.
What is the initial up front License agreement fee? $30,000
Are there ongoing fees? Weekly royalty fee are 3.5% of net sales.
What if I want multi-units in an area? If you are interested in an area development you would pay a $5000.00 up front development fee for each unit agreed to open in an area. When you are ready to proceed with your next store the License fee is the then current License fee minus the $5000.00 you prepaid for the development fee.
